Product Delivery:
All our free downloadable products are available for direct download after login. All paid downloadable products can be downloaded upon purchase. Paid products will be accessible for download after payment is received and verified. To process our payments we use PayPal, 2checkout, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and all major credit cards. You must agree with their terms and conditions before paying for any of our products.
Your purchase information will be emailed to the email address. You need to open an account with our site to download any of our products (free or paid). There are some cases that your payment is not successfully done and then we have to review and process download information manually. So, delays can be as long as 1 hour up to 24 hours depending on the situation and extent of investigation required after a fraud alert has been activated.

Premium theme updates are available only to active members within their date of subscriptions whereas our free themes update will always be free to all.

Anti-fraud:
Free downloads are available after signing in. However, all of our customer purchases can be pending for manual anti-fraud check up to review of payment system. You will receive a detailed email about your payment. Anti-fraud check occurs due to the growing number of fraudulent transactions from persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards used during purchases. Customer account can be suspended for manual anti-fraud check for 24 hours, also it can be suspended for a longer term for more investigations.
Price Changes:
Ripplethemes reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any product (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
Refund Policy:
We will be happy to provide a full refund within 15 days of the original purchase. After 15 days, no refunds will be given.
